Agreement to Terms
By using texashealthhelp.com or any services provided by Community Health Access Hub Texas ("Texas Health Help," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Our Services
Texas Health Help provides free community resource navigation, healthcare navigation assistance, volunteer transportation coordination, and related services for rural Texas families. Our AI assistant Jessica is a guidance tool only — she does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.
Not a Medical Provider
Texas Health Help is not a medical provider. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or provide emergency services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. For mental health crisis support, call or text 988.
Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

Accuracy of Information
We work hard to keep resource information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all information about third-party programs, eligibility requirements, or services is current. Always verify directly with the resource provider before making decisions based on information from our site.
Volunteer Terms
Volunteers who sign up through our site agree to follow our volunteer guidelines, maintain confidentiality of client information, and represent Texas Health Help with professionalism and care. Volunteer drivers are independent volunteers and are responsible for maintaining valid driver's licenses and appropriate vehicle insurance.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texas Health Help is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (which, as our services are free, is zero).
