Aging well is easier with the right support. Learn about the benefits, meals, and care programs available to older Texans and their families — plus how to get free help finding them.

Texas offers many programs to help seniors stay healthy, independent, and connected — from home-delivered meals to help paying for Medicare and prescriptions. The hard part is knowing where to start.

Texas Health Help is a community nonprofit. We don't provide direct care, but we share clear information and help seniors and caregivers across rural and underserved Texas connect to trusted resources — for free.
