Who qualifies for WIC in Texas?+
Texas residents who are pregnant, breastfeeding (up to the baby's first birthday), recently had a baby (up to 6 months), or have a child under age 5 — and whose household income is at or below about 185% of the federal poverty level. A pregnant woman counts as two or more people in her household size.

No. WIC does not ask about immigration status, and using WIC is not counted against you in a public charge decision.
