Community Health Access Hub is the navigator team behind Texas Health Help. We work with rural families across East and Southeast Texas who are uninsured, underinsured, or stuck in paperwork. A navigator screens you for every program you may qualify for, helps submit the application, finds a clinic that takes your coverage, and arranges a ride if getting there is the problem.
