Every Texan is a statewide research and policy nonprofit that publishes plain-language explainers on Medicaid, CHIP, and marketplace rules, and maintains referral resources for finding local enrollment help. They do not enroll individuals directly, but they are a reliable source when a rule or eligibility change is unclear.
